Our Story

Born in Sorrento and deeply connected to the beauty, history and culture of Italy, Francesco Cammarota founded Amalfi Travel Agency with a simple idea: a truly memorable journey should be designed around the person experiencing it.

From an early age, Francesco developed a passion for Italian landscapes, history and the creativity and ingenuity of the people who shaped Italy. His love for travel, relaxation and discovering authentic places naturally led him to look at travel in a different way — not simply as a collection of destinations, but as a personal experience.

Your Italian Concierge, with Local Knowledge

Francesco believes that every destination should be experienced with someone who truly knows it.

Choosing the right places to visit, knowing how to move around, understanding the best time to explore a location, discovering its lesser-known corners and avoiding unnecessary stress can completely change the way a journey feels.

That is why Amalfi Travel Agency offers a personalized approach to travel, combining the expertise of an Italian Travel Agency with the attention and flexibility of a dedicated Italian Concierge.

Every journey is carefully shaped around the traveler — from private tours and authentic experiences to transportation, restaurants, activities and the small details that can make a trip truly special.

A Journey Designed Around You

Francesco doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all itineraries.

Some travelers want to relax and enjoy the scenery. Others want to discover Italy's history, culture and traditions. Some prefer hidden places away from the crowds, while others want to experience the iconic destinations that make Italy famous around the world.

The goal is to understand what each traveler is looking for and create an experience that feels natural, effortless and personal.

This is the kind of travel Francesco looks for when he travels — and it is the same experience he wants to offer his clients.

From the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento to the most fascinating destinations across Italy, Amalfi Travel Agency helps travelers experience Italy through local knowledge, personal attention and carefully planned experiences.

Experience Italy with Someone Who Knows It

Travel is not only about where you go. It is about how you experience a place.

With Amalfi Travel Agency, Francesco brings his personal connection to Italy, his knowledge of the territory and his passion for travel together to create journeys where every detail has a purpose.

Your Italy. Your journey. Your experience.
